Most orders arrive between 2 and 5 days. Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing.

Please use the tracking number to determine the planned arrival date. Ifyour  package is missing, please let us know at info@venturegrooming.com and we will try our best to locate it. Please Note: We are not responsible for loss of goods if an incorrect address has been entered at checkout.

All items must be sent back to Venture Grooming within 30 days of your order date. All clothing must be free of wear, stains, other conditions that prevent items from being sold as new. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned without a refund or exchange. All items on sale are non-refundable.

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to attach.

Depending on your bank, it can take 3 to 5 days once we have initiated a refund to be credited to the original form of payment.
